Our technician will visit your location, lay the fiber cable, install the ONT (Optical Network Terminal), set up your Wi-Fi router, and test the connection — all in one visit. In most cases, the entire process takes 2–4 hours.
You'll need a valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID) and an address proof (utility bill, rent agreement, or Aadhaar with current address). For business connections, we'll also need your GST registration certificate and company authorization letter.
We accept all major payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, NEFT/RTGS, and cash. You can also set up auto-pay for hassle-free monthly renewals. We'll send you a payment reminder 3 days before your billing cycle ends.
No security deposit is required for residential plans. For business plans with dedicated equipment (managed router, firewall), a refundable security deposit of ₹1,000–₹3,000 may apply, which is returned when you return the equipment in working condition.
